"Healthy ? Fresh? Calories-controlled? Tasty ? You will definitely then enjoy Red Box restaurant! We usually have that impression that healthy food with controlled calories does not taste good untill I have tried Red box. I tried BBQ chicken, pesto chicken, Mastard Chicken and they all were very delicious! Their meals are designed for your needs, you may ask for 50g-200g of protein and same for the carbohydrates. They also offer meal plans that are delivered daily to your door with an extra of (170rs) Enjoy your meal if you do find my review helpful then please like it"

"No fuss place for lunch, everything is weighed to the grams. Touted to be a healthy joint but I think it's pretty much a normal set meal (nothing bad though). Could use less plastics if it's not takeaway as the utensils and plates (or plastic containers) are rather wasteful."
